What is Megabond (zea)™?
Megabond (zea)™ is a calcium and sodium based alimino-silicate carefully selected and treated with our proprietary process, creating a very high affinity, to specifically and effectively adsorb Zearalenone. Megabond (zea)™ is designed to be used in raw materials and finished feeds for swine and horses. Megabond (zea)™ is certified by Trilogy Analytical Laboratories in the United States, recognized specialists in Mycotoxin binding analysis, to be 100% effective in adsorbing Zearalenone. In multiple cases of mold problems in raw materials and finished feeds that show material free flow difficulties, after mold develops its secondary metabolites, such as mycotoxins, among them Zearalonone, cause severe harm to the reproductive system (Hyperstrogenism) of the animals that eat the contaminated feed. When this affected feed is treated with Megabond (zea)™, it selectively adsobrs Zearalenone in a very effective manner by means of a cationic interchange mechanism, freeing the feed from its harmful effects, and allowing the excretion of the Zearalenone, without permitting its absorption through the intestinal wall. Megabond (zea)™'s unique 100% adsorption capacity is guaranteed by its ample surface activity, due to its special particle size (Dry 98% through 325 mesh and wet through 99.0% mesh).

Increase in Potency:
The efficacy of Megabond (zea)™ is increased in an exponentially if the feed contains our product Megaenzyme™. This is due to the hydrolytic effect of Megaenzyme™, that exposes more extensively the Zearalenone links with proteins, carbohydrates, fats, and other nutrients, maximizing the Megabond (zea)™ adsorption capacity.
